CEO and President, Daniel Rojas graduated in 2004 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor is Mass Communications. He started his insurance career straight out of college working for one of the most reputable independent agencies in Miami called Kahn-Carlin Insurance. He was trained and mentored by some of the best in the industry and worked for Kahn-Carlin for over 13 years. The owners at that time sold the company to one of the top 20 largest insurance agencies in the Country.
In just over 3 years with the new company, Daniel increased his book of business by over 60% and became one of the top producers for the company in Florida. The experience working for a small business and then for a large corporate brokerage gave Daniel great insight into the entire insurance industry and how both a small and large agency operate. His goal with LLJ Risk Advisors was to meet in the middle and provide the best of both worlds. Being an idea driven and agile small business allows him to make quick decisions that appeals to both insurance companies and clients.
Combining that with the knowledge and expertise received working for a larger organization allows him to implement some of those “large company” resources into LLJ Risk Advisors. Therefore, clients will receive the same personable relationship driven experience from a small business and also all the resources and scope from a larger agency. With over 20 years’ experience insuring small businesses and also some of the largest companies in South Florida and around the country, Daniel and his team will put that experience to work for you and your company.
